MCC Public Programs

MCC’s Public Leadership Programs are designed for those who wish to complement their university education with practical skills and additional knowledge essential for taking on influential and responsible roles in public life, the economy, or the cultural sector. These programs are particularly appealing to students who aspire to become long-term organizers and shapers of their communities, and who are committed to using the competencies gained at MCC for the benefit of these communities. The curriculum includes training weekends held at various locations, offering more than just traditional classroom or digital learning – participants also gain valuable hands-on experience. Currently, MCC offers three specialized programs in this area: the Transylvanian School of Politics, the Public Leadership Training for Young Leaders from Subcarpathia, and the Women’s Public Leadership Program.
