MCC Climate Policy Institute

Founded in 2020, the Climate Policy Institute is an interdisciplinary research center that addresses climate change and environmental protection through an approach rooted in national characteristics and community values. The Institute’s experts — including biologists, economists, lawyers, agricultural and energy specialists, as well as social scientists — aim to provide a complex understanding of climate policy challenges and to develop practical solutions. We place particular focus on the sustainability of energy and agriculture, while also emphasizing the preservation of both built and natural environments, and the maintenance of ecological balance. We believe that national values, patriotism, and community responsibility are just as important in environmental protection as international agreements. Rather than fostering climate anxiety, our work emphasizes action and solutions. The Institute actively contributes to shaping environmental policy, preparing policy recommendations, and promoting public awareness through accessible education and outreach. Our mission is to serve the cause of a sustainable future with scientific rigor, while remaining practical and committed — both on the local and national level.
