MCC Youth Research Institute

The Youth Research Institute supports MCC’s talent development mission by using social science research tools to better understand its primary target group: young people. The Institute conducts research in the broadly defined field of youth affairs, focusing not only on the life situations and lifestyles of young people but also on related indirect topics that impact youth. Beyond shaping academic discourse through lectures and publications, the Institute also engages in educational activities in collaboration with the Center for Sociology. Additionally, it offers committed students the opportunity to become workshop members and take part in research related to youth-focused topics.
