The MCC has been offering a free extracurricular talent program for senior high school students since autumn 2015, called the Youth Talent Program. The program aims to increase students' interest in learning, help them make career choices, and succeed in life by providing training on a variety of topics such as resuscitation, money management, robotics, and futurology.
