Develent Program

About Develent

Mindset School of Psychology works in partnership with Mathias Corvinus Collegium to support and develop young talent. The psychological development sessions are held in groups by Mindset psychologists.

The Develent success model is based on providing development opportunities in a range of areas from the fifth grade to post-graduate years. The program is designed to develop students' personal, cognitive and social skills.

The pursuit of achievement and success are factors that are fundamental to talent programs. The coping strategies we adopt on the way to achieving optimal performance largely depend on the patterns we bring from our family, together with other ways of working that are passed down from generation to generation. As performance is often perceived as a stressor, awareness of our current coping strategy and, if necessary, learning new ones for our psychological well-being is essential. Performance is a key issue in both sports and work psychology. Professional athletes seek to achieve the best possible results in competitions, while employees strive to do their best while working on their projects. This may occur in the public education arena as well. Today, we understand a lot about what promotes or hinders higher performance and success, as well as the impact of their pursuit on the rest of our lives. The Develent small group development sessions seek to provide students with personal experience, thus enabling them to acquire skills and practical knowledge that will promote their adaptability to adapt and support them to do well on their way to achieving their goals.
