Bálint László Tóth earned both his university and doctoral degrees from Corvinus University of Budapest. He also holds an Italian–Hungarian translator certification obtained through the CCIU program. He is a member of the editorial board of In Statu Nascendi, a Bulgarian journal and think tank, where he contributes to scholarly discourse on regional and international issues.
His academic publications, appearing in both English and Hungarian, focus on topics such as transportation development, European integration, and regional cooperation.
In addition to his academic pursuits, Tóth has held professional roles in the private and public sectors, including serving as a team leader in KPMG’s Corporate Intelligence unit and as an expert in the international relations directorate of the MÁV Group.
Outside academia and professional work, he is also active in the arts. His band, Bulls of Prey, has received multiple awards within the Hungarian popular music scene.
