Péter Szász is an economist with degrees in Law and Human Resources. He began his career as a trainee lawyer before joining an international insurance company as a labor law specialist. There, he transitioned into an HR Business Partner role, supporting the IT and project management departments.

Since August 2022, he has worked at Market Építő Zrt., first as an HR Business Partner, and later taking on responsibility for coordinating HR operations across the company’s subsidiaries. As of February 2025, he serves as Head of HR for the Market Group.
