Education researcher at the MCC Institute for Learning Research, Head of Strategic Development Department at the István Nemeskürty Faculty of Teacher Training of the National University of Public Service (NUPS), and assistant lecturer at the Department of Teacher Preparation. He is also a doctoral student at the Doctoral School of Public Administration Sciences at NUPS.

As a researcher, he focuses on education policy, educational trends, the role of technology in the classroom, and the challenges of the teaching profession. Within higher education research, he places particular emphasis on teacher training and the consequences of changes in institutional leadership. Previously, he worked as a practicing teacher in both rural and Budapest-based institutions.
