Mathilde Sicre has been part of the MCC FIT Program in the Budapest region for nine years, beginning her career as an assistant and, after three years, advancing to the role of regional coordinator—a position she continues to hold with commitment and enthusiasm.

She holds a degree in Community Organization from an economics university, a field that aligns closely with her current responsibilities and enables her to apply her academic background to her daily work.

Her role includes organizing educational sessions for FIT Saturdays, coordinating the Parents’ Academy program series, and planning family days, experience-based events, and summer camps—all designed to build and strengthen the FIT community.
