Attila Molnár has extensive experience in military training, digital technology, virtual reality (VR), and e-sports. He began his military career in 2009 with the MH 25th Klapka György Infantry Brigade in Tata, serving as a rifleman and later as a squad leader. He has since worked as a training instructor at the MH Vitéz László Reviczky 1st Territorial Defense Regiment and currently performs specialized training duties at the MH 30th Kinizsi Pál Armored Infantry Brigade in Hódmezővásárhely. He also gained public recognition as one of the instructors on the military reality TV show Kiképzés ("The Training").

In addition to his military work, he serves as technology director at Linkdown Ltd., where he focuses on testing and developing VR technologies for use in the military, healthcare, and industry. His professional path reflects a deep commitment to integrating cutting-edge tools into practical training and operational contexts.

Previously, he led the digital sports division of the Hungarian E-sports Federation and helped shape Hungary's e-sports strategy. As president of the LINKUP VR Association, he oversaw the implementation of VR and digital sports programs, developed training materials, trained instructors, and managed pilot projects. His career bridges the military, technological, and educational fields, driven by a dedication to both national service and innovation.
