Dr. habil. András T. Lénárt is a historian, Hispanist, and university professor. He earned his undergraduate degree in Spanish language, literature, and teacher training at the University of Szeged. Between 2007 and 2010, he completed his PhD studies at the same institution, receiving his doctorate in early modern social history summa cum laude in 2013.

He currently serves as an assistant professor and habilitated associate professor in the Department of Hispanistics at the University of Szeged. His teaching and research focus on 20th-century history, society, film, as well as propaganda and identity studies in the American–Latin-Spanish world.

Dr. Lénárt has been a guest lecturer at the Universities of Huelva and Barcelona and actively participates in international projects such as FIEALC and OSI. He is also one of the authors of the recently published Cuba issue of Rubicon Historical Magazine.
