Fanni Lajkó holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in International Studies from the University of Szeged and the University of Public Service, and also earned a law degree from Eötvös Loránd University. Her professional focus lies in international law and European Union law. She was awarded first place at the National Scientific Students' Associations Conference (OTDK) for her paper titled “The EU's Enlargement Policy and the Perspective of the Western Balkan Countries.” This area continues to be a central theme in her research at the Doctoral School of Law at ELTE as well as in her professional activities. For the past five years, she has worked as an analyst at the Center for Fundamental Rights, where she specializes in the analysis of EU public law and policy.
