Jorge González-Gallarza is the Senior Coordinator for the Iberosphere at the Madrid office of the Center for Fundamental Rights (CFR), launched in March 2024. He was the lead author of the Center’s most recent report on the European Union’s funding of left-radical NGOs across Latin America.

He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from University College London (UCL) and pursued graduate studies in political theory at the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales (EHESS) in Paris
