Lili Gerda Hegyi is a Hungarian student currently pursuing studies in English and history teacher education at Eötvös Loránd University, beginning in the autumn of 2024. She has been affiliated with Mathias Corvinus Collegium (MCC) since 2015, where she has participated in the Young Talent Program, the High School Program, and was later admitted to the University Program.

Since 2022, she has served as a member of the editorial board of KárPit journal. Her short story Falevelek (“Leaves”) was adapted into a film and screened at the 5th Lélektől-lélekig Festival in 2022. Directed by Pál Oberfrank, the film featured performances by Tibor Szilágyi and Laura Hirschl in the leading roles. In 2024, a stage adaptation of the story was performed at the “Ádámok és Évák Ünnepe” festival in Veszprém.
