Tamás Fejes began playing the drums at the age of 12, practicing to Beatles records, after which his parents enrolled him in a music school. There, he joined the Nosztalgia Blues Band. He founded his first band with his brother, János Fejes. He also worked at a car repair shop and later as a sales assistant in a music store.

He has been the drummer of Tankcsapda since 2000. Some of the band’s biggest hits, such as Mennyország Tourist and Üdvözöl a pokol, are associated with his arrival.

In addition to performing, he runs music stores and co-founded a popular entertainment venue called Roncsbár in Debrecen with a friend. He has been active in the instrument trade for nearly thirty years; his retail chain, Hangszerarzenál, has been a market leader in its field for years.

Since 2024, he has appeared on the TV show Kincsvadászok (“Treasure Hunters”). He regularly buys antiques for his hospitality ventures, including the Paripa Inn and the Kapcsolj Ki guesthouse in Debrecen.
