Dr.  Calum T. M. Nicholson is Director of Research at the Danube Institute and formerly Director of the Climate Policy Institute. He is also a Lecturer at the University of Cambridge’s Institute of Continuing Education. With an undergraduate degree in social anthropology from Cambridge, an MSc in Migration Studies from Oxford, and a PhD in human geography, he has also served as a parliamentary researcher and development consultant. A leading thinker on climate migration, social media’s societal effects, and international development, he teaches courses on migration, climate politics, and media, and contributes widely to public discourse through writing and speaking in outlets like Hungarian Conservative.
