Bea Bibók graduated in psychology from Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca. She dove into her professional career with great energy, working with clients in therapy while also being a regular contributor for two renowned online psychology magazines for 12 years.
She provides individual therapy, couples therapy, and organizes weekend retreats supporting personal growth for individuals and couples alike. She has built a growing Facebook community, which currently has over 106,000 followers, where she supports her audience’s development by sharing two psychology-focused posts daily.
In 2023, her book Elrabolt gyermekkor (“Stolen Childhood”) was published, exploring the phenomenon of parentification. In 2024, she released her second book, Elrabolt felnőttkor (“Stolen Adulthood”), which examines the long-term effects of infantilizing parenting on adult life.
