Anthony Dworkin is a senior policy fellow at the European Council on Foreign Relations, working on democracy, human rights, and international order. He has written papers on European human rights policy, counter-terrorism, international cooperation and geopolitics, and Europe's relations with North Africa, among other subjects. He is also a visiting professor at the Paris School of International Affairs at Sciences Po. His writing has been published by the Financial Times, Washington Post, Foreign Policy, Times Literary Supplement, and other magazines, and he has contributed to several academic books and journals.
