Few things are more valuable than experience — but what opportunities do young people have to learn from the older generation? This is the central question explored in the panel discussion introducing MCC’s new initiative, Meeting of Generations. Through three subprojects, this initiative promotes intergenerational knowledge transfer across three distinct areas: sports, business, and personal growth. The invited guests are all highly accomplished in their respective fields, and they will share their insights on how knowledge can be passed on to future generations, their personal experiences in this area, and the challenges they have encountered. Through personal stories and professional reflections, the discussion will highlight the importance of intergenerational dialogue and its impact on the development of young people.
