The Learning Research Institute's recently published work titled “I Quit. I Lived. I Share My Story” opens new pathways in thinking about the digital space. Aimed at both Hungarian and international audiences, the publication reports on a study involving 2,015 child volunteers who participated in a 33-day digital detox. The results showed over 10% improvement in perception, attention and attentional accuracy, and motor skills. Anxiety and perceived stress levels decreased, while empathy and general motivation increased. The discussion features research lead, psychologist Dr. Melinda Hal, and family safety expert Ákos Pöltl.
