MCC Feszt The Young Talents Program (FIT) celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2025. To mark the occasion, a one-hour roundtable discussion will take place during MCC Feszt, offering a moment to reflect on the program’s achievements, development, and impact over the past decade. During the discussion, invited guests – former FIT students and senior colleagues who have long been actively involved in the program – will share personal stories and experiences, offering insight into what the program has meant to them, how it shaped their thinking and career choices, and how they see FIT’s role in talent development. The event will not only celebrate, but will highlight the unique community and value system that has formed around FIT over the past ten years – and to offer inspiration to future generations of young talents.
