Réka Schvarcz completed her studies in Hungarian and pedagogy at Eszterházy Károly College in Eger. Throughout her career, she has primarily worked in fields related to children and youth development. After graduating, she began as an after-school educator and later worked as a part-time teacher. She then spent three years at a dance academy, where she supported the development of young people and gained extensive experience in organizing and managing camps and events.

She has been part of the MCC FIT Program for six years. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, dancing, and reading.
