Judit Regős is a social policy expert, social worker, family therapist, university lecturer, and mother of four. For over 25 years, she has been dedicated to supporting families and parents.

She is the founder of the Szülők Háza (Parents’ House) Model Program, the Szülők Háza Family Center and Nursery Network, and serves as the President of the Szülők Háza Public Benefit Foundation. The innovative, comprehensive parental support, family assistance, and child protection program she developed was recognized as a Best Practice by the European Union’s Eurofound Foundation in 2012, and later received international acclaim from the World Bank in 2014.

In 2022, the Szülők Háza Foundation was granted consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), and has since been actively participating in international events. Judit regularly speaks at UN meetings in defense of families and has organized numerous related side events featuring distinguished experts and speakers in the field.

As a university lecturer, she leads a Family Studies course that is particularly popular among future professionals. She is also a regular expert contributor to various national media platforms. Whether in family consultations or active-analytic therapy sessions, her advisory work is characterized by an empathetic and effective approach.

Her scientifically grounded yet accessible and engaging lectures on motherhood and the challenges of family life resonate with a wide audience. Judit is the author of two books: “You Weren’t Born a Mother” and “Divorce or Change?”
