Enikő Polus is a mental health professional, trainer, writer, speaker, and the founder and director of the Me-Se-Kő Mental Health Support Center and the MESEKŐ Organization. Her areas of expertise include family support, developmental pedagogy, sexology, movement therapy, as well as grief and loss counseling. She is a regular expert in the media. In addition to her work as a university lecturer and mentor, she also participates in organizing charitable events.
She completed her studies at the Faculty of Education and Psychology and the Faculty of Primary and Pre-School Education at Eötvös Loránd University, the Department of Psychology at Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary in the field of mental hygiene, and the sexology program at Semmelweis University. She has expanded her knowledge through postgraduate education and practical experience, working with various age groups.
Enikő is committed to developing emotional intelligence and believes that everyone is capable of becoming the main character in their own life.
