Lívia Pintér began her career as an external author before taking on roles as Sales Director, Deputy Managing Director, and Head of Communications. She later served for several years as Editor-in-Chief of Figyelő’s Higher Education Ranking and as Section Editor of Figyelő Cappuccino. She has written numerous interviews on personal and business success stories, as well as a wide range of articles on human resources, management, and education.

In 2021, she founded UNIside Ltd. with the mission of supporting young people's career motivation, orientation, and personal development through university ranking publications, engaging media content, and school outreach programs.

She earned her journalism degree in Communication and Media Studies at BKF (now METU), and completed her master’s studies at the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME GTK) with summa cum laude honors, specializing in environmental communication and communication planning.
