Kata Molnár-Bánffy is a Hungarian communications and media professional, co-founder and managing director of Salt Communications agency and Képmás publishing house. Previously, she worked as a communications advisor at the Prime Minister’s Office and later as head of sponsorship at MOL. Between 2017 and 2018, she served as head of communications for the Hungarian Olympic Committee and participated in the 2018 Winter Olympics as press attaché for the Hungarian team.
As a producer, she has created historical and educational documentaries, including films about János Arany, Carola Szilvássy, and King Andrew II. She is also actively involved in public life: from 2014 to 2019, she was deputy mayor of Leányvár, serves on the boards of several civil organizations, and acts as an advisor for various national projects. Her work has been recognized with several awards, including the Families Award (Családokért díj)
