Károly Mester is an agricultural engineer, naturopath, and phytotherapist with nearly forty years of experience in animal husbandry and nutrition. He began his career as a researcher at the University of Debrecen and the Irrigation Research Institute, then spent 24 years as production director at a pig breeding company, which was named the Best Pig Farm of the Year in 2003. Over the decades, he has published numerous articles in professional agricultural journals. Since 2012, he has operated his own consultancy specializing in livestock production, developing natural, GMO- and industrial additive-free feeds. He also applies his expertise in manufacturing human dietary supplements and prebiotics. Mester teaches at the University of Szeged and the University of Physical Education, regularly giving lectures to agricultural, veterinary, and naturopathic professional communities. In 2022, he was awarded the Agrarian Innovator of the Year prize.
