Zoltán Kiss has more than two decades of comprehensive experience in both production and human resources, having built his career from blue-collar roles to executive and consulting positions. As an Area Manager at Hungary’s largest automotive electronics manufacturing plant, he was responsible for overseeing production areas and teams, and played a key role as a founding member and implementation lead of the company’s training center for blue-collar employees.
Later, as a Training and Development Manager, he led the implementation of lean and leadership development programs and helped establish a robust training and development system for operational staff in a multinational environment. As an HR Director, he was responsible for both strategic human resources and daily operational management.
Currently serving as an HR consultant and CEO, he supports organizational development by aligning business goals with human-centered strategies. His professional focus includes shaping organizational culture, creating stable and effective processes, developing leadership, and consciously enhancing the employee experience, all with a strong emphasis on sustainable value creation.
