Csilla Fuszek has been working in the field of talent development for decades. After fifteen years of teaching, she served as the head of the Arany János Talent Development Program Office for seven years, and then led the talent development program at the Csányi Foundation. Currently, she is the director of the European Talent Centre - Budapest, actively participating in international conferences and workshops; she is a dedicated supporter of Hungarian and European talent development and has been the secretary of the European Talent Support Network for many years.
