János Czermann is a legal and public administration professional with extensive experience in both the private and public sectors.

He currently serves as Deputy State Secretary for Human Resources, a position he has held since December 2022. Prior to this, he was a Senior Political Advisor (2022–2023), and earlier held the position of CEO between 2020 and 2022.

From 2014 to 2020, he was a partner in a professional firm, following his early legal career as a trainee lawyer from 2009 to 2014.
