Milán Constantinovits earned his degrees in Hungarian Language and Literature, as well as in Education, from Eötvös Loránd University, where he was awarded a PhD in Linguistics with summa cum laude distinction in 2023. As a lecturer at ELTE, he gained extensive experience across the full educational spectrum—from primary and secondary education to doctoral training.
Since joining Mathias Corvinus Collegium in 2015, he has played a key role in developing the Young Talent Program, which now reaches thousands of students across the Carpathian Basin. Since 2021, he has overseen MCC’s entire educational portfolio, coordinating the institution’s training system and aligning its initiatives for teachers and parent communities.
In addition to his academic and educational work, Milán is active in the media as a journalist and columnist for Mandiner. His research interests include presentation techniques, applied rhetoric, and methodologies of non-formal talent development.
