Zoltán Bán is an economist and currently serves as the HR Director of MOL Hungary, as well as the Group-level Downstream HR Director. He has been with MOL since 2017. Prior to joining the company, he worked as a consultant, gaining valuable insights into international best practices, which continue to shape his professional approach today.
